A signed electronic prescription to the patient's chosen pharmacy.

  5. 5

What's included

Built around how doctors actually work

Five areas, one login.

Doctor workspace

Today, Queue, Results inbox and Reviews due, across every partner pharmacy.

Calendar and video

Weekly hours, time off, booking links and reminders. Doctors use their own video link.

Prescribing and repeats

PIN-signed prescriptions, repeat requests with check-ins, and dose steps.

Notes, letters and messages

Note templates, signed letters, and every email and call logged.

Governance

GMC checks before prescribing, an access log on every record, and reports.

Your doctors, onboarded

Invite doctors by email; they set up their PIN, hours and video link.

An e-prescribing platform for private doctors

Every prescription is built from the doctor's decision and signed with a personal PIN, so what the pharmacy dispenses is provably what the doctor signed.

Remote consultations, organised

Doctors set their availability once. Patients book from a link, receive the video link automatically and get a reminder the day before.

Governance built in

Every record a doctor opens is logged. Doctors can't prescribe until their GMC registration has been checked, and partner staff never see clinical notes.

FAQ

Doctor Platform: common questions

Can our own clinicians use it?

Yes. Clinics with their own doctors can use the Doctor Platform with the Patient CRM & EMR. Book a demo to discuss access.

How are prescriptions signed?

Each doctor sets a personal PIN. Prescriptions are signed electronically with it, and the pharmacy can check the signature before dispensing.

Which video service is used?

Each doctor adds their own video link, such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and it is sent to patients automatically.

Is every action logged?

Yes. Opening a patient record, prescribing, sending letters and changing details are all recorded in the access log.
